After completing this course, you should be able to:

  • identify characteristics of good health 
  • differentiate the types of diseases and their causes
  • analyze the impact of role of hormones, vitamins and enzymes in health management.

Aim

In this course, you will be able to :

Identify common diseases and their causes, symptoms, and transmission methods.

Describe the principles of disease prevention, including hygiene, vaccination, and lifestyle choices

Recognize the importance of early detection and intervention in disease management

Format

This is a self-paced program of Micro course without active moderation. You are encouraged to discuss ideas in the discussion forums and respond to other learners' queries.
